We deliver to all regions of Turkey. Our delivery service covers:

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is confirmed and payment is verified. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Istanbul (City)

Orders to Istanbul city are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

Rest of Turkey

Orders to other regions of Turkey are typically delivered within 3-7 business days after order confirmation, depending on the destination region.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or remote locations. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Important: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed to you before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.

Standard shipping to Istanbul city: 75 TRY (flat rate)

Rest of Turkey

Shipping costs to other regions vary based on distance and weight:

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over 1,500 TRY to all regions of Turkey. The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.

Note: Exact shipping costs will be calculated and shown to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order. You will see the total amount (products + shipping) before completing your purchase.

Courier Delivery to Address

We use trusted courier services to deliver your orders directly to your specified address. The courier will contact you via phone to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Pickup Points (If Available)

For some locations, you may have the option to collect your order from a designated pickup point. This option will be available during checkout if applicable to your area.

Once you place an order:

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot deliver your order (e.g., no one available, incorrect address), they will attempt delivery again. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and you may be charged return shipping costs.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged

  3. Take photos of the damaged package and items
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate and keep you updated on the status of your order.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Turkey. International shipping is not available at this time.
