Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and the return address
  4. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels
  5. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address we provide using a trackable shipping method

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: For returns due to change of mind or incorrect size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an item that differs significantly from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will appear in your account within an additional 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Refund Amount

For eligible returns, you will receive a full refund of the product price. If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect size, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
